The first deputy chairman and co-owner of Sovcombank, Sergey Khotimsky, said that the bank had already transferred about ten people to work “with accommodation”.

He explained that this measure “concerns the heart of the bank - this is treasury operations”, therefore “the main group of the most important specialists for the bank who are responsible for daily settlements lives in the bank: they are completely isolated, sleeps, eats, bathes in the bank, does not communicate with relatives until the pandemic ends. ”

Khotimsky added that these employees voluntarily agreed to self-isolation in the office for a higher salary.

In turn, the first deputy chairman of the board of Zenit Bank, Konstantin Rybakov, said that the bank had already prepared a plan to transfer individual teams to the 24/7 mode, but had not yet implemented it.

He said that the corresponding plan “provides for the autonomous residence of support teams”, for its implementation food products and special equipment and supplies were purchased and distributed.

In addition, according to Rybakov, “a motivation program has been developed, consultations and briefings have been held, medical support has been provided.”

Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed to prepare proposals by April 30 for phasing out restrictions on the activities of individual organizations and individual entrepreneurs imposed due to the situation with the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection in the country.
