The French distribution group has obtained a loan of 500 million euros, 70% of which is guaranteed by the State. It is the first it grants to a large French company. 

It's a first. The French distribution group Fnac Darty announced this Sunday that it had obtained a loan of 500 million euros, of which 70% guaranteed by the State, to "secure the liquidity of the group" and "prepare the resumption of activities" affected by the coronavirus epidemic.

This loan, "the first that the French State grants to a large French company", according to the Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire quoted in a press release, was subscribed with a pool of banks including Arkéa, BNP Paribas, Bred, CIC, Crédit Agricole CIB, La Banque Postale, LCL, Natixis CIB and Société Générale CIB.
