2020 Zhejiang Export Online Fair (Italian Station-Epidemic Prevention Special Session) Launched

  Xinhua News Agency, Hangzhou, April 17 (Reporter Yin Xiaosheng) The 2020 Zhejiang Export Online Fair (Italian Station-Epidemic Prevention Special Session) was launched on the afternoon of the 17th in the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce. More than 180 Chinese and Italian companies participated.

  The fair was held from April 16th to 22nd. More than 80 Italian public hospitals, private hospitals, multinational companies, business associations, and 100 high-quality Zhejiang local epidemic prevention product manufacturing enterprises in urgent need of purchasing anti-epidemic supplies, through the Internet information Acquisition technology and cloud video conferencing technology enable accurate docking and precise matching online.

  During the exhibition, two large-scale online purchasing meetings will be held, which are aimed at the resumption of production of Italian private enterprises and the special centralized procurement for the hospitals of the Italian Federation of Industrialists. The expected turnover is 47 million euros.

  In addition, the fair will provide Zhejiang exhibitors with digital services such as cloud display, cloud promotion and cloud negotiation, and display exhibits in all aspects in multiple dimensions, so that the Italian side can intuitively understand the exhibits and related information and promote online transactions between the supply and demand sides.

  The fair uses an Internet digital platform to open up legal, effective, reliable, and affordable trading channels, accurately connect the needs of Zhejiang's anti-epidemic product companies and Italian buyers, and keep the international supply chain open.

  Han Jie, deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce, said that in the first half of the year, Zhejiang planned to launch more than 50 online trade fairs targeting different countries overseas to help foreign trade companies win the epidemic.
