“On Wednesday, April 8, 2020, the arbitrator appointed by the WTO Director General determined that Ukraine must comply with the decision of the WTO Dispute Resolution Authority (ODP) on the dispute regarding anti-dumping measures for Russian ammonium nitrate (DS493) by September 15, 2020,” - said in a statement.

It is clarified that we are talking about a dispute initiated in 2015. It was launched with regard to Ukraine’s anti-dumping duties on Russian ammonium nitrate, calculated using the “energy adjustment” methodology.

“The WTO obligated Ukraine to eliminate numerous violations regarding the calculation of dumping margins, and also obliged to exclude Eurochem from the action of anti-dumping measures,” the ministry added.

Earlier in Russia, they evaluated the WTO decision on a dispute with Ukraine on the import of wagons.
