Liu Weijun said that since the epidemic occurred, the General Administration of Market Supervision has paid special attention to the investigation and handling of violations of laws and regulations on the certification of epidemic prevention products, and is now investigating and handling cases of fraudulent use of certification marks and false propaganda of certification information. In response to non-standard export certification activities, we specially deployed special rectification actions and issued the “Notice on the Implementation of Special Remediation Actions for Certification Activities in Masks, Protective Clothing, and Other Epidemic Prevention Products”, and supervised local market supervision departments to carry out special rectification actions. Forgery and fraudulent use of trading certificates, unauthorized engaging in certification activities, irregular certification activities, and illegal certification prices.
