Dubai Airports Corporation reported that the UAE authorities have given Emirates Airlines the approval to transport passengers from the Emirates to some destinations, noting that as a result of this, the company will start its operations today to specific destinations from Terminal 2 at Dubai International Airport.

The Foundation advised dealers wishing to travel to contact Emirates Airlines directly for additional information or travel reservations, noting that all departing passengers will undergo a thermal scan at Dubai International Airport, and passengers are reminded to bring face masks and gloves, and to adhere to the rules of physical spacing.

Dubai Airports stated, on its website, that this development comes after the suspension of all incoming, outgoing and transit passenger flights through the Emirates airports, as of 11:59 pm on March 24 for a period of two weeks, noting that, regardless of the operations of «Emirates Airlines “For the aforementioned, emergency shipping and evacuation flights will be operated only from Dubai International and Dubai World Central airports during this period.
