Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin at a meeting on the situation on the oil market said that Russia was ready to join forces with other countries and act in partnership to reduce oil production in the amount of 10 million barrels per day.

The OPEC + meeting is scheduled for April 6 in a video conference format.
