The Dubai Free Zones Council praised the efforts of the member free zones in activating the "remote work" system in line with the orientations of the UAE government in light of the precautionary and preventive measures and measures to face the challenges resulting from the Corvand-19 virus and preventing its further spread.


The council announced, in a statement yesterday, that the free zones were able to transform at a rate of 95% in the system of "remote work" while keen to adhere to the directives of the federal and local concerned authorities regarding the mechanism of business continuity, whether at work headquarters or from a distance to ensure the safety and security of its employees, where The Council is in continuous communication and is always aware of the instructions and instructions of the Executive Council in Dubai in order to achieve governmental and private parity and unify efforts to face the repercussions of this crisis.


The free zones were keen to provide a smooth and exceptional experience for the free zone companies and foreign investors during this period in order to ensure the safety and health of individuals and the business community, in addition to encouraging them to implement the "remote work" system and adopt international best practices applied by the Emirate of Dubai and transfer its professional and practical culture to it.


The new work mechanism included the keenness of the free zones to use electronic and smart applications that guarantee maintaining the provision of an exceptional experience for its customers within the highest standards of quality and excellence by providing a safe and secure technological environment through which data confidentiality and privacy are preserved.
