It is reported that from 10 am on April 1st, all personnel in Hangzhou (including those from outside Hangzhou) can participate in coupon collection activities through Alipay. A total of 1 million additional coupons were issued in this round, each containing 5 universal coupons with a total deduction of 40 yuan for 10 yuan. It is understood that those who have already applied for a consumer voucher (I) card package in the previous period are not covered by this application according to the rule of once per week for each person. The consumption voucher is limited to 7 days. After the expiry date, unused consumption vouchers will be automatically recovered by the system, and the recovered funds will be issued on a rolling basis in subsequent activities.
According to data from the Hangzhou Commerce Bureau, as of 22:00 on March 30, 41.12 million yuan in government subsidies had been paid, driving Hangzhou's consumption to 637 million yuan.
