Sultan bin Ali Al Owais Real Estate Company has announced that it will exempt its tenants from the rent for a month and a half to reduce the burdens resulting from the Corona virus.
The company focuses specifically on developing real estate with the goal of leasing, and owns and operates a portfolio of more than 3,000 properties across the UAE.
The company focuses on the concept of long-term rents and the maintenance of tenants in residential units, especially those who have lived in them for a period of 20 years.
"We view the tenants who have been with us for decades as members of our family," said company CEO Halima Al Owais.
