She added, “I hold a master’s degree in human resources management, specializing in leadership, and I work in the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a coordination and follow-up specialist, Al Ain branch sector, and I look forward to specialization in the field of innovation management, coinciding with the vision of Abu Dhabi’s economy to be among the five best governments in the world.”

According to Al-Shamsi, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry administration provided a great support, as it facilitated her to complete her postgraduate studies, and provided an opportunity to obtain training courses to develop her practical skills, stressing that exploiting the talents and capabilities of the Chamber's employees in the work undoubtedly contributes to developing performance and raises the values ​​of belonging to the place and creates A competitive work environment in which the employee looks to do his best.

She added that the leadership in the UAE has succeeded in creating a model that sanctifies work, distinction and the pursuit of the first positions, and this made them role models for all, noting that our government has also instilled in every citizen and resident on the Emirates land, the need to preserve our societal and cultural heritage, so the state has become a preferred destination for work, living and homogeneity Between cultures, this made them a country of tolerance, and it bore us the responsibility to preserve their reputation and standing.

She indicated that organizing time and arranging priorities helps a lot in overcoming difficulties, especially for women because of their family obligations, especially if she wants to complete her higher education besides her daily work. Al-Shamsi advised the youth, saying that "success in life requires working continuously and trying after another, and developing the skills in the specialization one desires in, and this is what I have worked on during the past years, and thank God I find an echo of my work, my excellence, and appreciation by everyone."
