Etisalat announced yesterday that it has launched a comprehensive package of qualitative initiatives for the individual business sectors, which will contribute to facilitating the mechanism of work, study, entertainment, and staying in constant contact with family and friends from home.
Etisalat asserted in a statement that its network, services and cadres are fully prepared to support all customers, especially government agencies, large commercial establishments, small and medium-sized companies, and individual subscribers throughout the country.
Increasing capacities
Etisalat indicated that it has recently increased the capacity of networks in the country, in addition to raising the capacities of international data packets to improve customer experiences while using global applications, and to ensure maximum benefit for customers from the distance learning platforms, work from home, and entertainment content.
She added that it provided a wide range of services to subscribers, including access to remote work platforms, virtual meeting programs, and exemption from data capacity consumption when entering educational sites from mobile internet packages, in addition to providing free movies via On-demand, and a free subscription On the OSN network, and in one of the special eLife Premium TV packages, in addition to the StarzPlay app, Switch TV, a free upgrade to the eLife package speed, and upgrade the Freedom Package data to the billing line.

And to entertain customers while they are at home, Etisalat reported that it offers exclusive offers that include enhancing entertainment content and upgrading package speeds.
She indicated that existing eLife Packages subscribers will be able to upgrade the speeds to the eLife Unlimited packages without any additional fees, and for a period of three months, as the speeds of the eLife Unlimited packages start from 250 Mbps, and they are able to meet the requirements of distance learning, work from home, and better viewing Entertainment content, indicating that subscribers can also cancel this offer, and return the previous eLife package without any cancellation fees, during the same three-month period.

Etisalat also announced the launch of special offers for Postpaid subscribers, to facilitate their stay in full contact with family and friends, and for existing subscribers to the Freedom package of the 200 GB bill line and the unlimited category of data, who activated the package in March 2019, will receive an extension offer Double the data on their packages.
