The "Report" shows that 91.6% of the sample enterprises made efforts to take out products during the epidemic. 73.2% of the sample companies tried to expand the group meal takeaway business; the sample companies also explored to varying degrees the use of unmanned vehicle delivery, contactless delivery services, and takeaway "safety cards" to provide customers with more secure services. In addition, more than 40% of the sample companies sell ingredients, semi-finished meals and pre-packaged food.

The "Report" also shows that more than 61.8% of the sample companies will continue to open stores after the epidemic. By the end of 2020, the total number of enterprise stores will increase; but only 35.2% of the sample companies believe that the total number of employees will increase, which means that the company's human efficiency will Further improvement; nearly 70% of the sample companies reported that the annual sales in 2020 would decrease year-on-year; more than 80% of the sample companies reported that the annual net profit would decline, and 7% of the sample companies reported that their net profit in 2020 would increase year-on-year.

In response to the difficulties encountered by enterprises in resuming work and production, the Report recommends that support policies should not limit the size of the company, moderately promote the implementation of support policies in various places, and moderately promote decentralization services to shift approval supervision to corporate commitments.
