A group of Etisalat warned against an untrustworthy link claiming to provide data or free internet to students via the link and requested that the sender provide some information about the students.
Etisalat confirmed to "Emirates Today" that this link is not affiliated with it or any reliable official authority, and warned against recording any information through it.
It was a circulating message that reached a large number of parents of students through a number of schools in the country, which read: "Communication companies in the UAE (Etisalat and du) will provide free data for students, so please fill the link below with data for students in the school, and that No later than Wednesday, 3/18/2020 before 11:00 AM.
