At present, various regions have issued a series of policies to support the resumption of production in the express delivery industry. For example, 13 provinces such as Zhejiang and Jiangsu have issued policies to prioritize postal delivery and resume production of postal express delivery enterprises; 21 provinces such as Hebei and Jilin have promulgated to ensure the smooth flow of postal express vehicles during the epidemic Operational plan; 16 provinces such as Heilongjiang and Hunan explicitly require the delivery of courier to the community to be facilitated; Shanxi, Guangdong and other provinces organize "point-to-point" charter for courier personnel to effectively promote return to work.
