[Explanation] March and April are known as the "Golden Three Silver Four" of the graduate job hunting season. In previous years, this was the peak season for recruitment by various enterprises and institutions. After the new crown pneumonia epidemic, affected by the epidemic, localities have successively cancelled offline campus job fairs. This was the spring recruitment period for the golden period of job search, as if the "pause button" was pressed.

[Explanation] Li Qiang, executive vice president of Zhilian Recruitment, told reporters that the impact of the epidemic on campus recruitment mainly reflects the decrease in offline job fairs, but the overall impact is not significant.

From the perspective of proportion, the amount of posts released does have a certain impact, but the degree of impact is actually not so great. Because of the epidemic, offline recruitment cannot be carried out. In fact, we are in the middle of the New Year. Basically, our employees have not taken much vacation and are adjusting a series of plans. This focus has moved from offline to online.

[Explanation] According to reports, from January to the end of February, Zhilian Recruitment has held more than 100 online dual-election sessions, with more than 36,000 participating companies. Li Qiang said that after the outbreak, the proportion of enterprises choosing online campus recruitment has obviously increased, and the acceptance rate is also high.

Now that the whole process is networked, we mean that online evaluation can be conducted, and student positions can be sought and screened online. After screening, interviews can be conducted. After interviews, offers and training can be conducted online. (Online Recruitment) Student participation has become more active, and so has corporate participation. About 80% of companies actually accept video interviews. More than 52% of the students interviewed actually expected to conduct online interviews through the Internet platform.

[Explanation] Wei Yi, a freshman from Enshi, Hubei, has been quarantined since she returned home during the winter vacation. Due to the impact of the epidemic, her internships and interviews have been cancelled. In her opinion, online campus recruitment has given her new opportunities.

I also update some positions that I can apply for each morning. I see that some schools, such as Wuhan University and Huake, say on the official website of their school that there are online recruitment, which is the online dual election meeting. The form is definitely to provide a better opportunity for our fresh graduates, because the impact of the epidemic we can not say that we have to wait until June or July to go offline to test, at that time it will be a little later.

[Explanation] Li Qiang said that video interviews are a newer form of recruitment, so he recommends that graduates should prepare in advance in many aspects such as clothing, environment and equipment before conducting video interviews.

The first is the sense of ceremony, what clothes do you wear, whether you simply comb your hair and so on, and at the same time what is the environment for the interview, you just find a sofa and sit down, or in front of your desk, etc. These are actually very important. You need to see if the power of your phone is sufficient and the network environment is good. You need to set it in advance.
