[Explanation] On the evening of February 28, the first spring ploughing train K5169 from the China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. departed from Suihua Station and headed for Fuyuan Station. More than 430 migrant workers in the counties and districts around Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, took this train to the hinterland of the Sanjiang Plain, known as the "Beidakang", to prepare for farming.

[Explanation] The Sanjiang Plain in Heilongjiang is an important grain production area and commercial grain production base in China. Due to the shortage of local labor force, every spring, Suihua sent workers to the Sanjiang Plain for spring ploughing and production. Affected by the epidemic this year, more than 7,000 migrant workers from Mitsui, Xingfu, Sifangtai, and other towns around Suihua City encountered difficulties traveling to the Sanjiang Plain reclamation area.
