According to the data released by the BOSS Direct Employment Research Institute, ten days after the Spring Festival, new recruitment demand for small and micro enterprises with a size of less than 100 people decreased by 60% year-on-year. After three weeks, the new hiring demand of small and micro enterprises has narrowed to 42% year-on-year, and the proportion of total market demand has risen from 43.7% to 46.3%.
