I. Reduction and exemption of 5% of non-high-energy-consuming large-scale industrial enterprises' electricity costs, benefiting more than 400,000 households of electricity customers, and reducing electricity expenses of customers by more than 23 billion yuan.
2. Reduction and exemption of non-high energy consumption general industrial and commercial enterprises by 5%, benefiting more than 42 million electricity customers and reducing customers' electricity costs by more than 13.4 billion yuan.
3. Extend the implementation period of the “Supporting Two-Party Electricity Price Policy”, which will benefit more than 400,000 power customers and reduce the customer ’s electricity bills by more than 12.5 billion yuan.
4. All the reductions and exemptions of electricity costs involved in the phased reduction of electricity costs shall not be transmitted to upstream enterprises such as power generation enterprises, and shall not be shared with the government funds collected on behalf of them.
Fifth, the implementation of this policy is from February 1 to June 30. For more than 42 million power customers benefited from the policy, temporary meter reading measures were taken to record the electricity data on February 1 and June 30, and electricity charges were calculated on a household-by-household basis to ensure that the national phased-down power cost reduction policy was put in place.
6. For those who meet the phased power cost reduction policy, customers who have paid their electricity bills in February will be reduced from house to house when they collect their electricity bills in March to ensure that customers enjoy the full reduction of electricity bills.
7. Through the online and offline channels such as the Business Hall, “Online State Grid” and the 95598 website, proactively publicize the phased power cost reduction policy to ensure customers know everything. Optimize bills for electricity bills, clearly show normal electricity bills, discounts, etc., and ensure that customers consume clearly.
8. Proactively cooperate with government departments to clean up and regulate unreasonable price increases in the transition of power supply, supervise the main power supply entities such as commercial complexes, and strive to transfer the policy dividends of electricity tariffs to terminal power users in time and in full.
