The five regions that the government has designated as additional targets for adjustment are concentrated in southern Gyeonggi, where demand for speculation has increased since the 12/16 measure last year.

Gwonseon-gu, Jangan-gu, Anyang Manan-gu and Uiwang-si, including Suwon Yeongtong-gu, the highest rate of increase since 8.3.12.

Restrictions on mortgages, taxation, and subscriptions will be regulated, including tighter mortgages and restrictions on resale rights.

The expectation is that overheating in these areas will subside once.

However, we have not upgraded the existing adjustment target area to the dumping district.

The prevailing observation was that Yongin Suji and Giheung, which are already subject to adjustment, will be designated as a speculative district by 5.7% and 3.6% after 12/16 measures.

[Siheung New Town Residents (Recently canceled the contract): Rather, I thought of it as a good opportunity. If I press that, it's the same game zone, so it'll be more expensive for this one. Say that climbing up to 700 million is a matter of time.]

Eventually, it is pointed out that the regulation of mole catching can only be limited.

[Chang Moo Lee / Department of Urban Engineering, Hanyang University: In the same region, the balloon effect may occur depending on the price level. .]

Ansan, Siheung, and Hwaseong are already called 'Ansiseong', and two months later, there are critics mixed with ridicule that further measures will be taken.
