During the past week, real estate behavior in the Dubai Land Department has achieved more than 3.2 billion dirhams.

According to the weekly report of the actions issued by the department yesterday, 946 allegations were recorded by about 1.6 billion dirhams, of which 83 were sales of land at 421 million dirhams, 863 sales of apartments and villas amounted to one billion and 200 million dirhams, while mortgages recorded 1.6 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales came in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area, where two sales were registered, the first at 42 million dirhams and the second at 28 million dirhams, followed by the sales of 24 million dirhams in the Satwa region.

"Jebel Ali Al Oula" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, with eight sales recorded at 22 million dirhams, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens by registering six sales with 92 million dirhams, and a third in the first Al Khawaneej region with five sales with 31 million dirhams.

The most important sales of apartments and villas were sales of 20 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, followed by two sales in the first Jumeirah area, each valued at 10 million dirhams.

Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 94 sales amounting to 185 million dirhams, followed by “Business Bay” with 87 sales pledging 99 million dirhams, and third in Burj Khalifa, registering 82 sales with 170 million dirhams.
