The Google Play store re-deleted the free voice and video calling app again from the store almost 6 weeks after it was restored again while the app is still absent from the Apple App Store.

Users of the Totok application told "Emirates Today" that the application has disappeared from the Google store and that when trying to communicate using the application, a message appears to the user choosing between using it or removing it from the phone.

The founders of the Tutuq app, in a message sent to users today, expressed their concern and deep disappointment at what they described as the new attack on the application.

They explained that the application is still available on Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and Oppo phones, while the rest of Android phone users can download the application from the official website of the Totok application.

They made it clear that there is no legal justification for the new ban on Tutuk and that the sudden ban in the absence of any reasons or evidence shows the injustice of Google barrage towards consumers and that their role as competitors and operators at the same time should raise fears and anxiety among regulators in the sector.

The founders of the founding application noted that after the success of the application, it succeeded in connecting tens of millions of people across more than 100 countries to become one of the most developed applications, the application becomes once again subject to a storm of accusations and new lies, they said.

He pointed out that the company's future is in danger as a result of the actions taken by Google Play and Apple Play and that the sudden ban on Apple and Google confirms the injustice of the two companies.

The founders of the application stressed their commitment to all obligations with regard to protecting the privacy and security of users ’data and information, and this matter is a first priority for them at a time when they indicated that the future of the company that is running the application is in danger as a result of the actions taken by Google and Apple.

Some users of the application on the Google store have received warnings on their phones that the Totok application may harm the devices and that the application seeks to spy on the personal information of the subscribers.

The Apple Store and Google had deleted the application on the twenty-second of last December, but Google reinstated it again about six weeks ago.
