The number of new apartments has risen more than 30% in a month, and 150,000 people are recruiting 1,74 households for general sale, and Suwon has a 227-to-1 competition.

The five regions that the government has designated as additional adjustment areas are concentrated in southern Gyeonggi, where speculative demand has surged since last December 16 measures.

Gwonseon-gu, Jangan-gu, Anyang Manan-gu, and Uiwang-si, including Suwon Yeongtong-gu, which showed the highest increase rate since the 12/16 measures.
