As noted, the Supreme Court rejected the request to reconsider the decision of the Swedish Court of Appeal, which upheld the 2016 Stockholm arbitration order.
The ministry estimated the legal costs of the Lithuanian side at almost € 10.5 million.
The lawsuit lasted almost eight years. Vilnius claims that the Russian company allegedly overestimated prices for the supply of raw materials from 2004 to 2012.
