Earlier in Belarus it was reported that Minsk had sent commercial offers on oil imports to Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the Baltic countries.
Later, the official representative of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Ibrahim Akhmedov said that they were ready to supply oil to Belarus in Baku, but no concrete decision had yet been made.
