His Highness also adopted two new names for happiness heroes, namely: "Smart City Experience Specialist" for happiness heroes in the field of customer service, and "Work Environment Specialist" for happiness heroes in the field of human resources.

This came during the visit of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the headquarters of Dubai Smart Office, where he was received by His Highness the Director General of Smart Dubai, Dr. Aisha Bint Butti bin Bishr, and a number of office officials.

Happiness agenda

During the visit, His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai reviewed a report presented by the Smart Dubai team about the local and global impact of the happiness agenda during the past three years, where smart Dubai received many requests for cooperation, within this framework from inside and outside the country, what resulted in signing agreements to implement the happiness agenda In the governments of Ajman and Fujairah, as well as an official invitation received by Smart Dubai from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Bhutan, to present the emirate’s experience and happiness agenda to them, in addition to the happiness agenda team’s cooperation with an international company, to create common frameworks that would support city governments to enhance experiences Everyday For cities for all residents and visitors.

Achievements of the agenda

During the visit, His Highness the Crown Prince of Dubai listened to a detailed explanation provided by the Director of Projects in the Smart Dubai Office, leader of the happiness agenda, Hamad Al Awadi, on the achievements of the agenda and the happiness champions team consisting of 78 heroes of happiness from the customer service and human resources departments, from 43 governmental and semi-governmental agencies. His Highness also followed a presentation by «Etisalat» on the individual project, which explains how to benefit from the program through cooperation with Dubai courts, to enable «Etisalat» to verify directly from the judicial agencies, in order to reduce fraud cases, by issuing smart cards, And a presentation from the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, on how to use the happiness index data, which is affiliated with Dubai Smart, to get to know the customers' notes and understand them in depth, and work with the authority’s team to redesign the customer experiences to improve their happiness levels.

His Highness also reviewed a presentation from the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, on the results and outputs of a project that showed the positive impact of teamwork among a number of entities in Dubai, in enhancing the overall experience of reaching Dubai airports, and a presentation submitted by Dubai Municipality, on the most important lessons learned from the program "Designing cities" for the 2019 Tokyo training, highlighting the value of focusing on ways to use data, taking cultural standards into consideration and their impact on the design and delivery of city services.
