Kanden executives receiving large amount of money 3rd party meeting on 15th December 11 18:20

A third-party committee investigating the issue of Kansai Electric's executives receiving large amounts of money has announced that it will hold a press conference this month to report on the investigation.

In Kansai Electric Power, a problem has been discovered in which executives have received over 300 million yen of money from former assistants in Takahama Town, Fukui Prefecture, and the chairmen have been forced to resign.

On this issue, a third-party committee consisting of four members, including former attorney general Keiichi Tadagi, who is conducting the investigation, announced that a press conference will be held in Osaka Prefecture on the 15th of this month.

The third party committee will explain the situation after two months have passed since the survey began.

On the other hand, “We should avoid reporting the results before the report is completed in order to conduct a thorough investigation,” and the final investigation report is expected to go over the years.
