"Naftogaz" called the victory of the decision of the Swedish court in a dispute with "Gazprom"

Earlier it became known that the Swedish court of Svea County rejected the appeal of Gazprom to resolve the arbitration in a dispute with the Ukrainian Naftogaz.

In mid-August, Yuri Vitrenko said that the Ukrainian side plans to receive about $ 3 billion from the sale of the assets of Russian Gazprom by the end of 2020 as part of a decision by the Stockholm court.

Gazprom and Naftogaz disputes regarding gas supply and transit contracts were issued in December 2017 and February 2018.

The court recovered from Gazprom a $ 4.637 billion compensation in favor of Naftogaz for the shortage of gas for transit through Ukraine, but taking into account Naftogaz’s obligations in a gas dispute, the Russian company should pay less - $ 2.56 billion.
