Kudrin added that the situation is such that “public administration, its character and quality have become an obstacle to the real fulfillment of many of the obligations of the state.”
“Why do not we spend 1 trillion, do not give orders to enterprises, small businesses, they do not merge into the economy, do not support, in fact, economic activity?” Added the head of the department.
