The former minister of economy announced on Europe 1 the next launch of its brand of organic ice cream, in association with French milk producers.

INTERVIEW

After the honey, the ice cream. Arnaud Montebourg, former minister of the economy and founder of the french honey brand Blue White Beehive, has announced that it will launch in 2020 on the ice cream market. He was Saturday the guest of "The table of bon vivants" live from the show Made in France, installed in Paris from 8 to 11 November.

"Installing ice cream makers at milk producers"

"We want to install ice cream makers in milk producers to make ice cream from their own milk," said Arnaud Montebourg on Europe 1. According to him, the liter of milk is currently paid 47 cents to producers, which just allows them to absorb their costs. "Our proposal is to pay 80 cents, and turn the ice on the spot, under the technical guidance of a glacier worker," he says.

Organic ice cream and without addictive

The former minister intends to produce an ice cream "organic, natural, and without additives". On Europe 1, he invites all interested farmers to come forward: "I call all over France to all those who want to convert their organic milk into ice on their farm." His project, he says, is "a capital-labor alliance". "We bring the capital and the investments, they bring their work and their efforts." A word!
