“In the case of a positive court decision, the recovery process, according to our estimates, will last from the second quarter to the end of next year,” Vitrenko wrote in the comments on his post on Facebook.
He noted that processes are ongoing in other countries, but in the Netherlands faster.
Earlier it was reported that Naftogaz will send Gazprom claims of $ 11 billion in compensation for the possible cessation of transit of Russian gas.
The company also filed with the arbitration a statement of defense and counterclaims to the Russian side for $ 12 billion.
