According to the Ukrainian prime minister, it is important that EU member states “explain to their citizens the negative consequences of Nord Stream-2 for Europe’s energy security.”

“In response, the Estonian Foreign Minister noted the importance of this issue and agreed on the need to coordinate actions to counteract the construction of the stream,” the Ukrainian cabinet points out.

Earlier, the Danish Energy Agency issued a permit to lay the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline on the continental shelf of the country.

The leading analyst of the National Energy Security Fund, Igor Yushkov, in an interview with the NSN, praised the decision of the Danish Energy Agency.
