In turn, the CEO of «Union Cooperative», Khalid Humaid bin Theban Al Falasi, that the Department of «Cooperative» plans to establish a retail outlet within the exhibition area during the coming period, to meet the needs of visitors and exhibitors.
He explained that the new outlet in the exhibition area will be rented, and is scheduled to carry the mark «Coop» of «Cooperative», stressing the provision of various goods that suit the categories of consumers at competitive prices. He pointed to future expansions, whether through outlets or commercial centers, which are expected to reach 10 branches, will be completed during the next year.
Rashid Bin Huwaiden, Director of Supply & Merchandising at Sharjah Cooperative Society, said that the positive impact of Expo 2020 Dubai will not only stimulate and boost retail sales in Dubai markets, but is expected to have a good return.
