Etisalat Digital, a subsidiary of Etisalat Group, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC), a Dubai government free trade zone dedicated to transforming JLT into the first smart and sustainable area supported by the latest technology.
