African swine fever was first seen last month in Paju, Gyeonggi-do. Since then, the disease has spread to Yeoncheon, Gimpo, and Ganghwa, Gyeonggi-do. The authorities said they killed all the pigs in the surrounding farms where swine fever was identified. However, there was a farmhouse where pigs were fed by the left side of the farm where the disease was first identified, and there was a trace of slaughter of wild boar.

How big this is, reporter Kim Hyung-rae reported alone.

This is a press release released by the Ministry of Defense on the 17th of last month when the African swine fever was first confirmed on the farm in Yandadong, Paju.

"It is confirmed that there are no hog farms within a radius of 3 km from the outbreak."

However, it was later confirmed that there was an unregistered farm within 3 km.

It was a farmhouse that had to kill pigs that were left for more than two weeks.

I went to the farm. 27 pigs were raised unlicensed and did not process manure properly.

Even the leftovers were used as feed.

In the corner of the farm, there are plenty of insect jars.

The farmer was feeding these untreated leaves to the pigs.

Feeding the residue is the decisive factor in the spread of swine fever in Africa.

In addition, there was a trace of eating wild boar.

Wild boar hides are hooked and hung inside the farm.

Repeated acts of high risk of infection and spread, but farmers were not restrained from movement.

[Farmers: I've been around in Gyeongin and Northern Gyeonggi, but I've never had such an epidemic before. (You killed the boar and killed the pig yourself, but you all walked around?) Sure.]

The official's management was full of loopholes.

[Paju city official: (the farmer) You were unregistered? So it was difficult to grasp]

Paju accused the farmer of the police late.
