According to the agreement, the international company transferred 50% of the local company's dues, which includes the cost of the products to them, as the agreement between them to ensure that the rest of the transaction value will be paid after the delivery of all agreed products, according to the specifications and standards set in the contract signed between the two companies.

He added that after several attempts to implement the terms of the agreement and the delivery of products, the global company did not receive any response, and filed a formal complaint with the Department of Business Protection in the Dubai economy to find a solution to the problem, and return its rights to be able to return to the nature of its work.

Al-Awadhi said that the employee of the Commercial Complaints Section verified the complaint details and supporting documents, and that after confirming the details and the terms of the agreement, it was found that the company complained against it did not commit to provide the required products and equipment in the agreed time, pointing out that after contacting the official in the local company , The responsible manager said that the company needs more time to be able to provide the required products in agreement.

Al-Awadhi said that the complainant was contacted to develop the appropriate solution based on policies and law, where the official in the global company wished to recover the full amount paid, due to the damage suffered. Al-Awadhi pointed out that the official had agreed in principle with another company to provide the required products and equipment, and accordingly was contacted with the complainant against him, and informed him of the need to commit to return the full amount paid, because of his failure to comply with one of the provisions of the agreement, which indicates the need to deliver the required within the agreed period.
