“With Brazil, we are discussing rather intensively the possibility of using floating nuclear power plant technologies,” RIA Novosti quoted Pakermanova as saying.
According to him, such NPPs in Brazil are “especially interesting in terms of energy supply to large offshore mining projects”.
Earlier, the Director General of Rosatom State Corporation Alexei Likhachev said that Hungary approved the technical design of the Paks-2 nuclear power plant, which will be built with the help of Russia.
