The Abukuma River, which flows through Miyagi Prefecture, exceeded the danger level of flooding at the observation station in Marumori Town, Miyagi Prefecture at 1:10 am on the 13th.
In Koriyama City and Sukagawa City, Fukushima Prefecture, upstream of the Abukuma River, flooding has already occurred.
