The real estate transactions in Dubai Land Department during the past week, more than four billion dirhams.

According to the weekly report of the transactions issued by the Department yesterday, 952 pledges worth AED 1.7 billion were recorded, of which 98 were sold for land worth AED 600 million, 854 were sold for apartments and villas valued at AED 1.1 billion, while mortgages registered AED 2.3 billion.

The most important land sales were AED 110 million in Nad Hessa, followed by AED 64 million in Al Sufouh II and AED 43 million in Al Habiya 4.

Al-Efra 2 topped the list with 18 sales worth AED 25 million, followed by Wadi Al Safa 5 with eight sales valued at AED 24 million and third in Al-Khawaneej Al-Oula with seven sales at AED 21 million.

The most important sales of apartments and villas were AED 13 million in the Dubai Marina, followed by two in the Palm Jumeirah, AED 12 million and AED 8 million.

Airport City topped the list in terms of sales of apartments and villas, with 112 sales worth AED 129 million, followed by Business Bay with 111 sales worth AED 132 million.
