Mizuho Bank ATM transfer fee increases Next March 1 to October 8 17:59

Mizuho Bank will raise the fee for bank transfer using ATM. The goal is to transfer money via internet banking and save labor.

According to the announcement, the price increase will be from March 1 next year.
▽ If you use a cash card to transfer money to another Mizuho account at the same store, you will be charged a 220 yen fee.

▽ Transfer to Mizuho's account in another store will increase from 110 yen to 220 yen for less than 30,000 yen.

▽ Even if you transfer money from an ATM without using a cash card, the transaction that had previously been 110 yen will be increased to 220 yen, and the transaction that was 330 yen will be increased to 440 yen.

On the other hand, the transfer fee using Internet banking does not change.

Banks raise their fees one after another as bank profits decline due to prolonged low interest rates.

From December, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking will double the fee for remittances overseas from the counter.

There is a movement to increase the use of Internet banking and raise labor savings by raising the fees for ATMs that require manual labor and installation costs.
