He added that in this case there will be a willingness to extend this mechanism to the subjects of Russia.
Siluanov noted that the tax regime for the self-employed, operating in four regions of the country, has worked well, but it has certain risks.
According to the minister, some enterprises register employees as self-employed, and not as regular employees.
Earlier it was reported that 110 thousand self-employed were registered in Moscow in January - August 2019.
