Kotoshi's rice pattern is expected to be "average on average" on a national average.

Especially in Saga Prefecture, the lack of sunshine in July greatly affected the growth of stems, and the index is the lowest 93 “bad” in the country.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries says, “I want to pay close attention to the situation in the Kanto region, such as Chiba Prefecture, where typhoon damage has not yet been clarified.”
