Mashreqbank has announced the launch of NeoBiz, the first banking service in the UAE to offer digital services to SMEs, including new and emerging companies in the country.
Launched under the slogan "Designed for Business Support," New Business offers a modern platform for businesses, the bank said in a statement today. It provides key services that include digitally signing new customers, transparent and easy products, a digital assistant and the ability to conduct online transactions, as well as providing valuable services through a single application at affordable prices.
Complementing the launch of the New Business platform, Mashreqbank also introduced two additional initiatives as part of its drive to improve and simplify the customer experience for small businesses. This included the innovative chat robot Emma, ​​a digital assistant, and the e-KYC, which allows customers to submit their information to the bank and update it online.
