Telecom company CM.com announced on Monday that it wants to go to the Amsterdam stock exchange. The company hopes that the primary emission will take place sometime in the coming weeks.

With the IPO, the company wants to raise around 100 million euros. The two founders of the company may also want to offer a "small part" of their interest in the company.

CM.com, previously called CM Telecom, provides the technology with which mobile payment services can be processed, among other things. IKEA, Thuisbezorgd and Albert Heijn are customers of the company. CM.com has been around since 1999 and is active in Belgium and the Netherlands. The head office is in Breda.
