Nikkei Stock Average recovered to 22,000 yen September 13th 13:46 for the first time in 4 months
The Nikkei Stock Average rose in the Tokyo Stock Market on the 13th, and temporarily recovered to the 22,000 yen level for the first time in about four months. Many stocks have been ordered to buy because of the view that they may tentatively agree to trade negotiations between the United States and China.
