Kozak said the opportunity to appeal the decision of the EU court on OPAL
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak commented on the decision of the EU court to limit Gazprom’s access to the OPAL pipeline’s capacities.
"Still, the court decision, but this is not the last resort, there is still the opportunity to appeal," RIA Novosti quoted Kozak as saying.
According to him, the issue of how to respond to this court decision is currently being decided.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, Alexander Novak, said that the situation with the OPAL gas pipeline will affect negotiations with the EU and Ukraine on gas.
The director general of the National Energy Security Fund Konstantin Simonov in an interview with Nation News also commented on the decision of the EU court.
