Invited Tuesday morning of Europe 1, the Secretary General of the CFDT called the potential buyers of the airline to start the dialogue with the unions and to think first and foremost to safeguard employment.

Aigle Azur received Monday evening 14 offers of recovery, which are to improve and "are not executable in the state", said the airline at the end of an extraordinary Works Council (EC) started in the 'afternoon. The judicial administrator of Aigle Azur has also received "more comprehensive recovery projects," said the company placed in bankruptcy, in a statement late in the evening.

"All staff must be in the takeover offer"

Invited on Tuesday morning of Europe 1, Laurent Berger, general secretary of the CFDT, was at first pleased with the existence of these offers of recovery. "It's a good thing that Air France and others are interested in Aigle Azur, because there is economic potential," he said, before focusing on safeguarding jobs: "It is necessary that all the pilot employees, aircrew and ground staff, are in the offer of recovery and that nobody remains on the floor".
