INTERVIEW

This is the last day to sign up for the "Less Expensive Energy Together" campaign, launched by UFC-Que Choisir. The goal? Encourage a very large number of customers to change all together - and at the same time - of gas or electricity supplier to obtain the best possible rates in exchange. Cédric Musso, national director of the political action of the association, answered Monday morning the questions of Matthieu Belliard and Hélène Zelany on Europe 1.

"The discounts are very difficult to determine in advance. This will be the result of the reverse auctions that are organized tomorrow (Tuesday, Editor's note) with all domestic suppliers who agreed to play the game of competition, serving the consumers, "explains Cédric Musso about the expected price cut.

"Free registration and no commitment"

He continues: "The experiences of the past campaigns show that we can expect -15% reduction compared to the price of the kilowatt-hour, given that to ensure tariff security, we have fixed price lots for two years that allow consumers to escape the soaring regulated tariff, which has exploded with + 50% in 10 years. For gas also, consumers are experiencing increases sometimes very significant.

To register, go to choisensemble.fr. Cédric Musso recalls: "There are 250.000 subscribers today, registration is free and without commitment, you sign up to receive a personalized offer to which you are free to respond, or not".
