Discussion with Japan and ASEAN Big Data Utilization Business Discussion September 8th 6:18
A meeting of the economic ministers of Japan and ASEAN = Southeast Asian Union was held in Thailand on the evening of the 7th. In order to disseminate business utilizing big data, we created a new forum for dialogue and discussed how to improve the environment.
Japan-ASEAN Economic Ministers Meeting was held on the 7th night in Bangkok, Thailand, and the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry from Japan attended.
At the meeting, in Japan and the ASEAN region, we created a new dialogue place for the spread of business using IoT and big data where everything is connected to the Internet, and discussed how to improve the environment with companies from each country. We agreed by following.
ASEAN continues to have relatively stable economic growth, but is faced with traffic congestion in urban areas and economic disparities between regions.
In order to solve these issues, it is expected that startup companies in the ASEAN region will utilize ideas and technology, and we would like to deepen cooperation with ASEAN companies that are growing rapidly in Japan.
On the 8th, Seko will attend the RCEP = East Asia Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Ministerial Meeting, which will include ASEAN countries and 16 countries including China and Korea.
The focus is on whether negotiations can be concluded by the end of the year to achieve a huge economic zone.
