Al Marzouqi explained to Emirates Today that the aim of the campaign is to ensure that merchants adhere to the right business practices and make them aware of and call on them to deal transparently with consumers.He pointed out that the shops were aware of the standard practices of commercial activities and the need not to exploit specialized events and raise prices without justification. Al Marzouqi stressed that no violations were registered against the shops or major outlets, noting that the campaign included five major distribution centers, major libraries and stationery shops in several areas of Dubai.
